Dan Choi of Hillspring Investment was another one of our amazing Co-hosts in South Korea! Dan treated the Geeks to a walking tour of Seoul. We started with a guided tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace, followed by a stroll through Bukchon "Hanok" Village with Pitstops at Blue Bottle Coffee, Nonfiction , and Hyundai Motor Company (현대자동차) Card Design Library.
After a traditional Korean lunch, the Geeks visited thingsflow and Peaches Group Inc. We met Ryo (https://lnkd.in/d4JQn2we) , founder of Peaches, who gave us access to the One Universe Festival where Lil Uzi Vert headlined.

KUALA LUMPUR CO-HOSTS
Our last stop on our Southeast Asia Tour kicked off with Tech Nexus 2024, organized by Endeavor Malaysia, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Endeavor team, Adlin Yusman, Managing Director at Endeavor and Ghazanfar Iqbal ᵃ⤻ᶻ Iqbal, Head of Business Development Startups at AWS were incredible hosts for putting together a panel with the Minister of Digital Gobind Singh Deo, Raymond Siva, Senior Vice President of Digital Investment, Chief Digital Investment Officer at MDEC, Tunku Alizakri, Chairman at Malaysia Venture Capital Management and Shahril Hamdan, Managing Director at Watchtower Advisory, and Dr. Kian-Ming Ong, Member Board of Directors of Malaysian Investment Development Authority.
It was amazing to have the unicorns, industry movers, and investors gather at the event as the panelist helped the Geeks understand more about initiatives spurring up in the Malaysian ecosystem.
Following the Tech Nexus Event, we visited Farm Fresh Berhad, the leading dairy brand in Malaysia. We toured the farm with the founder and managing director, Tuan Ee Loi himself who is also a board member of Endeavor Malaysia!
Our Geeks enjoyed a ride around the farm with beautiful views, crops, and the animals. After the farm tour came the incredible Chinese New year put together by the FarmFresh and Endeavor team.
We kicked off our dinner with Yee Sang or Prosperity Toss: everyone gathered around the table with chopsticks in hand and tossed a Malaysian/Singaporean-style raw fish salad as high as they could, yelling out “Lou Hei” to usher in good fortune for the year ahead.
Tuan Ee Loi, Adlin Yusman, Farm Fresh Berhad team, Endeavor Malaysia, and Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) organized a beautiful gathering and immersive dinner of Malaysian culture.
