Mike Prasad,

Founder & CEO, Everycreator (previously Tinysponsor)

Mike is the Founder & CEO of Everycreator (previously Tinysponsor), the web2+3 business platform for creators built on Tinysponsor's inventory-driven and creator-first marketplace for influencer and content sponsorships, and a partner at Roji/Studios, an NFT studio and technology platform. Mike brings his diverse experience as an entrepreneur, VC, technologist, polymath, and digital strategist to focus on building a platform and industry standards that help creators and business collaborate and thrive together. He is also the founder of Marketing Club on Clubhouse, a top 10 club globally and the biggest industry club on platform with over 330,000 members and followers. Additionally, with his background in e in marketing, branding, UI/UX, product development, cryptocurrency, cross-market finance, digital culture, and platform creation, Mike advises brands, startups, agencies, and creators, primarily in the consumer-facing products, cultural movements, NPO/Impact, video gaming, NFT, and crypto verticals.

Specific to the crypto and NFT space, Mike is a founding partner of Roji, a legally-compliant, blockchain-agnostic NFT/DeFi platform for real-world assets, and a founding member of the AXE Foundation, an AdTech Blockchain protocol. He is also an advisor to multiple crypto-startups and two blockchain accelerators. In 2021, he led the creator and marketing strategy for multiple arts and music NFTs on Nifty Gateway and OpenSea totaling over $2MM in first sales. In 2022, he advised and consulted on the structure and strategy of NFT launches representing over $3MM in first sales. Currently, he is working with Roji & Tinysponsor to develop Everycreator, the next generation creator platform for Web 3, as well as a number of NFT projects with top tier creators, artists, brands, and DJs.

Previously, Mike co-founded ventureLab, a cross-market early-stage VC and incubator, where he led over a dozen investments across U.S. and Asia in disruptive technologies such as cryptocurrency, data-augmented reality, and contextual data-driven marketplaces. Mike was also the co-founder and strategist at Supermassive, a foundry that applied hacker talent to build disruptive technology for industry partners and investors. This included rapidly implementing nascent technologies into proof-of-concept and "innovation on-demand" type applications in wearables, blockchain/cryptocurrency, big data/intelligence, and cybersecurity. Before that, he built a pop culture media network consisting of GirlGamer, Ani.ME, and Dreadcentral where he pioneered video and live content including the first branded content partner at the launch of Justin.TV/gaming (Twitch) and among the first branded content partners for Machinima. In 2008, as the digital strategist and co-founder at Kogi BBQ, he started the worldwide twittering food truck trend that is now a multi-billion dollar global industry, which led to him working on marketing and growth for startups from Y Combinator, Idealab, 500 Startups, Yetizen, HAXLR8R, SOSventures and more. In 2003, he was one of the youngest CTOs of a publicly-traded company that paved the way for wireless and digital technologies in Las Vegas.

Prior to his work in startups, Mike ran his own digital consultancy that delivered digital strategy and implementation for global agencies and brands including Microsoft, Amadeus, Nolet's Gin, Fatburger, Burger King, Fedex, Outrigger Hotels, Wynn Hotels, Tasting Panel Magazine, NVIDIA, Toynami, Hearst Media, and others. He was also Social Media Advisor to SAG New Media, Founding Member of SMCLA, and as a creative director, he and his teams have won numerous awards and recognition, including 2 ADDY's. He was also on the board of several non-profits, including Black Card Circle Foundation, Africa Alive, and the UNICEF Chinese Children’s Initiative.

With his diverse background, Mike has spoken around the world on social media, digital strategy, cryptocurrency, digital culture, startups, and investing across global ecosystems. He's provided insights and advisory on innovation, digital media, and ecosystem development in the U.S., China, Australia, across Asia, the Nordics, and the Middle East, including having worked with government and economic development agencies in those regions.
