Nagaty is a tech entrepreneur, venture builder, and investor with 15 years of experience in emerging markets. He is the founder and CEO of "Pie," Egypt's leading M&A firm for startups, and co-founder of KLIVVR, Egypt's first digital agent banking platform. Nagaty also co-founded and advises Halan, Africa's largest super app and Egypt's first unicorn, which raised $200M. He previously served as Regional Director at Careem, the Middle East's top ride-hailing service, acquired by Uber for $3B. Nagaty sits on the boards of several tech companies, including Koinz and Robusta, and has played a key role at Fawry, Egypt's first tech IPO, reaching a $2B valuation. He invests in and advises multi-stage startups, including through Disruptech and Cash Cows. Nagaty holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from the American University in Cairo and completed the CXO Academy at INSEAD, France.
