Pacific is the Head of Investment at Norrsken East Africa, where he brings his deep expertise in legal and financial investment advisory to support Norrsken's efforts to catalyze capital towards impactful and innovative ventures. Previously, he served in key roles at the Rwanda Development Board, including Chief Investment Officer, Head of Investment Transactions, and Head of the Accelerator Department. His experience spans collaborations with startups, scale-ups, corporates, investment firms and government entities, both in Rwanda and internationally. Pacific is committed to initiatives that empower Rwandan firms to scale and unlock capital for high-potential ventures.
