Ross Hamilton is the Managing Partner of Sustainable Alpha, an advisory and performance analytics firm that helps emerging companies, venture capital and private equity firms build sustainable businesses from StartUp to ScaleUp.

Over the past 30 years, Ross has worked with many fortune 100 corporations, emerging technology companies, and non-profit organizations across capital markets, derivatives trading and insurance, climate, mobile, and digital asset industries.

He has a career-long record of advising and investing in new business ventures, and has founded a number of software and non-tech businesses in the UK and US. Ross is a C-Suite executive that has deep experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs for global brand-name companies, and was COO of a $100MM global fintech consulting firm.

Ross has B.Eng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from University of Glasgow, Scotland and has certifications in Climate Change, Sustainable Economics, and Blockchain & Digital Assets. He is also a founding member of GlobalScot, Scotland’s international business network that helps Scottish companies develop, expand and thrive in a competitive international market.
